Gingerade Spiced Apple Bread

2 1/2 Cups | Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour |
1 Cup | Brown Sugar |
2 tsp | Baking Powder |
1 tsp | Baking Soda |
1 1/2 tsp | Xanthan Gum |
2 tsp | Cinnamon |
2 tsp | Powdered Ginger |
1 tsp | Salt |
1 1/2 Cups | Applesauce |
1/2 Cup | Melted Coconut Oil |
1/2 Cup | Unsweetened Coconut Milk |
1/2 Cup | GT's KOMBUCHA Gingerade |
2 Tsp | Vanilla |
2/3 Cup | Fresh, Peeled and Chopped Apples |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray or brush with coconut oil. In the bowl of a standing mixer, combine all of the dry ingredients. Add the applesauce, oil, coconut milk, kombucha, and vanilla then whisk until well combined. Gently fold in the apples and transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly into the pan. Bake the loaf for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove the loaf from the oven and then let cool before sprinkling with powdered sugar. Slice and serve. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
