ALIVE was created to support and sustain better health, not harm it. We choose to use erythritol in place of sugar due to the long-documented health risks of excess sugar consumption. We know erythritol might sound “new,” but it is a naturally occurring compound made by Mother Nature herself. It’s found in grapes, peaches, pears, watermelon, and mushrooms, to name a few sources. However, as is the case with most things in life, we believe in the philosophy: everything in moderation.
Does ALIVE contain caffeine?
ALIVE encourages a gentle boost of energy using clean caffeine without the crash associated with energy drinks or other caffeinated beverages. All flavors contain 75MG of caffeine, except Yerba Mate which contains 150MG, for an extra pick me up.
