All you need are 10 simple ingredients commonly found in the fridge/pantry for a homemade salsa that is sure to impress at your next picnic or gathering. Here is how you make it:
¾ cup chopped peaches (thawed if frozen)
¾ cup finely diced cherry tomatoes
1 lime, supremed and chopped*
1 small jalapeño, finely diced
½ cup finely diced orange or yellow bell pepper
¼ cup finely chopped scallion
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Chips for serving
- Combine the peaches, tomatoes, lime, jalapeño, bell pepper, scallion, and salt in a medium bowl and stir together. Add the kosher salt, tomato paste, and Peach Paradise SYNERGY Raw Kombucha, and stir to combine. Let sit for at least 10 minutes or covered in the fridge for up to an hour.
Just before serving stir in the cilantro. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
*To supreme a lime, use a sharp knife to remove the peel, then cut each segment from the membrane. Squeeze the juice from the membrane into the salsa if desired. Then chop the segments.
