AGUA DE KEFIR is crafted with crystallized water kefir cultures known as kefir crystals that we ferment for seven days in purified water along with organic cane sugar used as a fermenting agent. Then, we add our amazing electrolyte blend of chloride, magnesium, potassium, sodium. Finally, each unique offering is naturally flavored using organic fruit juices, herbs, and botanicals.

AGUA DE KEFIR Peach Pina, Ginger Lima, and Hibiscus Granada are all nut-free, whereas AGUA DE KEFIR Coco Mint contains coconut, a notable tree nut allergen.
AGUA DE KEFIR contains a diverse proprietary blend of probiotics which include Lactobacillus Bacterium and GBI-306086. Every 16 oz bottle of AGUA DE KEFIR contains billions of living probiotics at the time of bottling, known to aid digestion and promote gut health.
Do not shake!We’re proud to say we craft AGUA DE KEFIR using whole, fresh ingredients, without any emulsifiers or additives. Because of this, you may notice some natural settling, but do not shake your bottle. To help disperse the sediment, gently invert the bottle or give it a gentle roll of the wrist.
