Raw Cacao Koffee Pie

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Raw Nuts
1/3 Cup + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (Melted and Separated)
1 + 1/3 Cup Dates (Separated)
4 oz GT's KOMBUCHA Koffee
1/2 Cup Cacao Powder
1 Pinch Sea Salt
1 Pinch Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Raw Almond Milk

Directions

For crust: Blend nuts, 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil, and 1/3 Cup of dates in your high speed blender. Press the mixture evenly in a pie plater and place in the fridge while preparing the filling. For filling: Soak dates in hot water for about 20 minutes until soft and sticky. Place softened dates in a high-speed blender with the remaining soaking water. Add all other ingredients (except almond milk) into the blender and blend until creamy (NOTE: If it’s too sticky, add a splash of almond milk and keep blending!). Pour the creamy filling mixture over crust in pie plate. Let cool in the fridge for 1 hour, and garnish with nuts & fruit. Serve & enjoy!
