Lemon Thyme Hummus

Ingredients

4 Tbsp GT's KOMBUCHA Lemonade
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Zest of 1 Lemon
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 Can of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp Tahini
1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme (minced)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh thyme. Serve with toasted pita, crackers and/or fresh veggies.
