Gingerade Mango Salsa

Ingredients

1/4 Cup GT's KOMBUCHA Gingerade
2 Cups Fresh Mango, Diced or Chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
4 Tbsp Orange Zest
3 Tbsp Red Onion, Minced
1 Tbso Fresh Ginger, Minced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped
To Taste Salt/Pepper
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

In a medium bowl add the mango, orange juice, GT’s KOMBUCHA Gingerade, lemon or lime juice, orange zest, red onion, ginger, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes and stir gently until well combined. Eat with chips or make a healthy tostada!
