Apple Kombucha Crumble Bread

Ingredients

2 Cups Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
5 tsp Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup GT's KOMBUCHA Pink Lady Basil
1/4 Cup Cashew Butter
4 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
2 Cups Diced Apples
1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Flour

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment (or spray with oil). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda and whisk together. In a separate bowl, whisk flax seed meal and water. Add sugar, GT’s KOMBUCHA Pink Lady Basil, cashew butter, and coconut oil and whisk until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold in diced apples, until a dough is formed. Pour the dough into the lined (or greased) loaf pan. For the crumb topping, combine oats, pecans, coconut oil, coconut sugar, sugar, and flour – mix well into a crumbly consistency. Sprinkle the crumb topping over the bread and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover with tin foil, then bake for another 35-40 minutes (or until baked through). Let cool on a wire rack and serve. Enjoy!
