Cran-Apple Chia Parfait

1/2 Cup | Chia Seed |
1 Cup | GT's KOMBUCHA Trilogy |
1 Cup | Unsweetened, Full-Fat Coconut Milk |
1/4 Cup | Dried Cranberries |
1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp | Maple Syrup |
2 | Apples (Diced) |
Directions
Combine chia seeds, GT’s KOMBUCHA Trilogy, coconut milk, cranberries, and maple syrup in a medium saucepan. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a slow boil, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes (or until the chia seeds thicken the mixture to a pudding texture). Remove from heat and set aside. NOTE: This dish can be served hot or cold. If you prefer it cold, place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill before serving. To plate the parfait, create alternating layers of the pudding mix and diced apples in a cup or bowl. Enjoy!
