Cran-Apple Chia Parfait

|1/2 Cup||Chia Seed|
|1 Cup||GT's KOMBUCHA Trilogy|
|1 Cup||Unsweetened, Full-Fat Coconut Milk|
|1/4 Cup||Dried Cranberries|
|1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp||Maple Syrup|
Combine chia seeds, GT’s KOMBUCHA Trilogy, coconut milk, cranberries, and maple syrup in a medium saucepan. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a slow boil, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes (or until the chia seeds thicken the mixture to a pudding texture). Remove from heat and set aside. NOTE: This dish can be served hot or cold. If you prefer it cold, place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill before serving. To plate the parfait, create alternating layers of the pudding mix and diced apples in a cup or bowl. Enjoy!
